The BABMAR GROUP is a privately-owned corporation with
its head office based in San Diego, California. The
company was founded in 2002 and has grown steadily up
to the present where we are among the top suppliers
of modern outdoor synthetic woven furniture.
We offer two retail locations in the USA. Our premier
retail showroom location is in Southern California in
the famous Cedros
Design District located in the city of Solana Beach(North
San Diego County) under the name of A F F I N I T Y
- L I N E. This location caters mainly to the Southern
California and Baja Mexico markets. Our second retail
showroom location is in Miami Florida located in the
wildly popular Bird Road Art District just outside of
Coral
Gables under the name of
I N D O - N O U V E A U. This location caters to all
of the South Florida, the Caribbean and Latin American
markets.
The BABMAR team constantly sources cutting-edge, well
designed, high quality synthetic rattan furniture designs
to offer you, the customer, at below national pricing.
We strive to be an innovative operation by offering
only the highest quality outdoor furniture in regards
to design and production material. We source mainly
from Asia in countries such as Indonesia, Philippines
and Malaysia.
Order Confirmation:
Once you have reviewed our online catalog and have
come to a decision you can either come in person to
one of our locations, email us with your order or simply
pick up the phone and give us a call. Every order is
personally processed to ensure precise accuracy. We
are happy to assist you with any questions or concerns
you might have before placing your order.
Lead Time:
You should receive your order in approximately 8 weeks.*
Payment Terms:
50% Down payment (100% refundable if not satisfied)
is required on all ordered, "out of stock"
items.
50% Remainder balance is required prior to the dispatch
from our warehouse.
We accept cash, most all major credit cards and personal
checks.
Prices and Specifications:
All prices and specifications on our online catalog
are subject to change at anytime and for any reason.
Delivery Service:
Delivery charges are determined by the delivery address
and will be finalized at the time of your order placement.
When your merchandise arrives:
Please be prepared to inspect your order when it arrives. Please
***DO NOT SIGN*** bill of lading until you are reasonable
sure the merchandise has been delivered in good condition.
If you should discover damage, it is your responsibility
to notify us immediately. You must sign the bill of
lading noting any damage. Although damage claims are
rare, they can happen. Your order is fully insured against
freight damage, however it must be noted on the bill
of lading. A signed bill of lading with out any notes
of damaged is considered received in perfect condition.
Responsibilities of the Customer:
The customer is fully responsible of ensuring all furniture
purchased from Affinity Line / Indo Nouveau will fit
through all passages leading to the desired final destination.
If there is any doubt, the customer should call one
of our locations to verify all dimensions prior to ordering.
In the event the furniture does not fit into the customers
desired final destination, the customer will be responsible
for all delivery fees and will be issured a store credit
in the full amount of the purchase.
*Note on Lead Time:
Many of our products originate from factories overseas
which may result in unforeseen delays such as factory
issues or during ocean freight transit and during U.S.
customs inspections. We will keep you informed of any
delays as soon as we receive the information from our
customs import agents.
